Returns Policy

At Krella Tillman Sales Group, we strive to deliver authentic, high-quality tools and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.

1. Overview

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty; we’ll help facilitate repair or replacement.

  • Certain items are non-returnable—see Section 5 below.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 New, Unopened Products

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging (still sealed).

  • Include a copy of your KTSG invoice or order number.

  • Have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Note: Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), in which case KTSG pays return shipping costs. 

2.2 Defective Products

For items that arrive defective or develop a fault under normal use:

  • Provide a copy of your invoice or order number.

  • Request an RGA—we’ll issue one once we verify the defect.

  • Ship the defective item back with the RGA attached.

  • KTSG covers shipping costs for defective returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support within 30 days of delivery

  2. Obtain an RGA Number from our team.

  3. Pack the Item in its original packaging inside a new box.

  4. Ship the package to our Returns Center with the RGA clearly displayed.

Refunds (minus any customer-paid shipping) will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

4. Refunds & Replacement

  1. Refunds: Credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  2. Replacements: Shipped free of charge once we receive and process your return.

5. Non-Returnable & Unauthorized Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discontinued, final-sale, or special-order products

  • Products older than 2 years from purchase date

  • Batteries older than 1 year from purchase date

  • Items shipped direct from manufacturers (“drop-ship”)

  • Products not sold by Krella Tillman Sales Group

  • Returns without an RGA or original invoice

  • Items received more than 30 days after RGA issuance

  • Used, installed, or preregistered items

  • Products with damaged packaging (unless the damage was our fault)

  • Promotional “cash-back” or “free-good” bundles

6. Warranty Support

All products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. If your item malfunctions after the return period, contact us for help processing a warranty claim.
