  • Dual Leg Compact SRL-LE - This device is also among the lightest in the industry. SRL's that are Leading Edge certified can be used in both overhead and Leading-Edge applications. What is a Leading Edge? - A leading edge can be described as any sharp edge commonly found on a worksite, with which a cable or webbing connection could come into direct contact during a fall. There is considerable force at play during a fall, and a non-Leading-Edge SRL (cable or webbing) may cut or snap at a sharp edge during the fall
  • Leading Edge (LE) self-retracting lifelines are designed to protect the worker when operating near an edge and where a fall hazard exists that could cause the lifeline to come into contact with the edge, for example when working over structural steel or in high-rise concrete buildings under construction with open flooring. An SRL Leading Edge (LE) device is an SRL that has enhanced design features for use in leading edge applications
  • it provides additional protection against the sharp or abrasive surfaces found on many construction sites and can withstand a fall over a leading edge.
  • Attachment points include a swivel eye on housing with connection pin for mounting below the dorsal D-ring.
  • Dyneema® webbing lifeline has been sharp edge tested over a .005" radius sharp edge. PeakWorks webbing SRL�s are manufactured using special 0.1" (2.5 mm) thick, 1" (25 mm) wide Dyneema® Core materials, giving them one of the highest performances of this type of fiber in the world. The webbing features a sewn-in indicator on the lifeline itself for maximum safety.
  • Class A rating means the fall distance is less than 2 ft. (0.6m) or less when connected overhead (non-LE application). Leading edge minimum fall clearance of 13 ft. (4m) required.
